Moyosore Ogunlewe Congratulates Animawun, Akhigbe and Seriki.

 The Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Hon. Barr. Moyosore Ogunlewe, has congratulated the new Executive Members of All Progressive Congress APC  Lagos State Chapter, Hon. Jumoke Animawun, (Assistant Secretary APC Lagos State), Hon. Abiodun Akhigbe (Treasurer APC Lagos State) and Dr. Seriki Muritala (Youth Leader, APC Lagos) and also expressed the need for the party to be focused and united for the task ahead.


In a Press release signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Taiwo Fadipe, Barrister Ogunlewe charged the newly sworn-in Executive Members to see their positions as a call to more service and to do more in sustaining the feats achieved by the party.


He urged the new executive members at all levels to carry along all party members and commended the immense support of Governor Babajde Sanwo-Olu for recognizing hard work, promising to remain faithful and loyal to the ideals of the Party.




He said: "These are the team players with the required mental and psychological capacity to drive the process of peace and unity among party faithfuls for a more vibrant and all inclusive participation of all stakeholders of the party, with them in the saddle, all is set for mass mobilisation of Lagosians to usher in positive change and accelerated development in the state and in governance. The common denominator of the party is to achieve victory across board in 2023"




He also thanked the APC members and leaders for electing women into the new state committee, including our reliable former Sole Administrator, Hon. Mrs Jumoke Animawun.

APC Adjusts Primary Elections Timetable Again, Shifts Special Congresses To May 16-17

  The All Progressives Congress (APC) has once again proposed an adjustment of its Timetable for participation in the 2023 General elections and has moved its Special Congresses for Delegates to May 16 and 17. Special Congresses were originally scheduled to hold from Thursday, May 12, until the Party, which is currently racing against time, took the decision to change the date and allow time for critical announcements and orientation of committee members before the Congresses. * Warned To Stop Addressing Himself As Honourable Kosofe Local Government Area CDC chairman Mr. Segun Babatunde has reportedly been arrested by the men of Nigeria Police Force, Zone Il Onikan Lagos, for allegedly relocating a transformer belonging to a community in Oworoshoki in Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos State fraudulently. Kosofe Reporters gathered that the CDC chairman was arrested on Friday evening at around 5pm and was accused of conspiring with others of relocating a transformer belonging to Adebare Community Development Association, Oworoshoki to an affluent community in the same area fraudulently.
