Sanni Okanlawon Donates Solar Power Street Lights To Soluyi 1 Community

The Solar Power Street lights were presented on Friday to the leadership of the community consisting of the community leader, Chief Eniayewu; the Secretary, Mr. Atanda Lanre; Youth Representative, Mr. Bashir Adebola and Arewa Youth Representative, Mr Bello Manu by the former youth leader of ward C Mr. Azeez Balogun on behalf of the lawmaker.
The solar street power lights were presented at the residence of Soluyi 1 CDA chairman, Chief Eniayewu.
While presenting the gifts to the community leaders, Mr Balogun made it known that they were given to the community in fulfilment of the N250,000 pledge Hon. Okanlawon had made to the community during the commissioning of Fred Omojole bridge constructed by the community.
He, therefore, urged them to utilize the pack of solar street lights properly, noting that the eventual installation of the Led Solar street power lights would illuminate and enhance the security of the community.
Receiving the gifts from the representative of the Lawmaker, the secretary of the community, Mr Atanda Lanre thanked the lawmaker for keeping his promise to the community.
He said they were very happy to have such a responsive leader like Hon. Sanni Okanlawon in this political era.
He noted that apart from the solar street power lights given to the community, the lawmaker had also paid for their installation free of charge.
The CDA Chairman of the community, Chief Eniayewu, expressed his profound appreciation to the lawmaker for always remembering the community in the scheme of things.
He said apart from the four solar street power lights given to the community, Hon. Okanlawon had also facilitated good infrastructural projects to the community.
He, therefore, assured the lawmaker of Soluyi community's unflinching support for his second term aspiration.
While the Youth representative of the community, Mr. Bashir Adebola on behalf of the youth of the community thanked Hon. Sanni Okanlawon for the kind gesture.
