Mr. Gabriel Oluwafemi disclosed during his campaign visits to Ward B executives at Araromi Primary School Gbagada on Friday and to the residence of an APC Chieftain, Alhaji Musiliu Aigoro on Saturday, where he had a fruitful discussion with the loyalists of the APC Chieftain.
The FEMOST HOMES CEO while speaking at both meetings disclosed that he would give priority to the educational development of his constituents by allocating 40 percent of the Constituency allowances to the development of the sector.
He noted that he is a product of quality education and that education plays a key role in human capacity development and nation-building.
He said as such education would occupy the top spot on his four-Point agenda if eventually elected.
Speaking further, he stated that in addition to the education he would also give priority to youth capacity building and women empowerment through meaningful engagement in sporting activities, skill acquisitions and training programmes like ICT that would enhance the capacity of the youth.
He added that he would also use his experience as a real estate developer to provide mortgage scheme for women where they would have the opportunity of owning small shops in commercial areas.
He explained that the mortgage scheme that would be provided to women would be at no cost to them as payment for the mortgage would be paid through a special programme.
In agriculture, Mr. Gabriel stated that although there is no arable farmland or space that can be used for farming in the Constituency, he would use his connection and experience as a real estate developer to secure farmland outside Lagos state in partnerships with other individuals or corporate organizations to engage the youth in farming.
Mr. Gabriel Oluwafemi, therefore, appealed to the gatherings to allow him to serve them, promising never to let them down.
He noted that as a youth in his early 30, with about 400 staff working under him for about three years without owing them salaries, he has the mental capacity and knowledge to provide quality representation to the constituency if given the opportunity.
