LG Ad-Hoc Delegates: Rotimi Agunsoye Holds Sway As Loyalists Record Massive Victory In Ward Congresses
The coast seems to be very clear for the Lawmaker representing Kosofe Federal Constituency Hon. Prince Rotimi Agunsoye to clinch the party's ticket for the House of Representatives for a third term in a roll after the scintillating performance of his loyalists making a clean sweep of LG ad-hoc delegates at the recently concluded Ward Congresses across Kosofe Federal Constituency.
Subsequently, party members across the 10 Wards of Kosofe Local Government trooped out in large numbers to elect the stipulated five LG ad-hoc delegates per ward that would in turn vote for the aspirants of their choice at the forthcoming House of Representatives primary election.
Although the delegate elections started very late in all the venues due to the late arrival of party officials, political observers adjudged the conduct of the elections to be free and fair with no rancour or violent disruption.
However, results gathered by Kosofe Reporters from the 10 wards of the local government area vividly showed that party members loyal to the Lawmaker representing Kosofe Federal Constituency Hon. Prince Rotimi Agunsoye made a clean sweep of the LG ad-hoc delegates with a very wide margin.
In Ikosi/Isheri Ward F and G which is the stronghold of Hon. Rotimi Agunsoye all the available 10 LG ad-hoc delegates were clinched by party members loyal to the Chairman, House Committee on Sustainable Development Goals.

In Ward A which is Oworonshoki, the turnout of party members at Muslim College - the venue of the delegate election - was very high while delegate elections started at about 5 pm due to the late arrival of party officials. However, ad-hoc delegates were won by the loyalists of Hon. Prince Rotimi Agunsoye.
Similarly in Ward B which is Ifako/ Soluyi, the Ward Congress delegate election did not commence until 5:15 PM due to the late arrival of the party officials. The conduct of the elections was however free and fair.
The results of the delegate elections that took place at Araromi Primary School Gbagada on Wednesday as witnessed by INEC official Mrs. Oluwatoyin Adebayo and the DPO of Ifako Police Station are as follow:

The LGA Adhoc delegates election in Ward D Ojota/ Ogudu was also very successful with a large turnout of party members.
The results of the delegate elections that took place at Emmanuel High Primary School, Ojota on Wednesday as witnessed by INEC official Mrs. Zainab Adebayo and the DPO of Ogudu Area H SP Celestina Kalu are as follow:

With the dominant show of the party members loyal to Hon. Prince Rotimi Agunsoye at the recently concluded ward congresses, the stage is now set for the victory of the lawmaker fondly called "The Promise Keeper" at the primary election of the House of Representatives that will take place on Thursday.
