KOSOFE LG VICE-CHAIRMAN, BABATUNDE SALIU, IS THE NEW OLOWORO OF OWORO


The Vice-Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Prince Babatunde Saliu, has become the new Oloworo of Oworonshoki Kingdom after his installation by the Lagos State Government.

Babatunde Saliu was installed as Oloworo of Oworo on Wednesday at the Ministry of Local Government and community affairs where he was presented with a letter of appointment and staff of office.

His installation as the new Oba of Oworonshoki Kingdom comes barely a year after he was elected as the Vice-Chairman of Kosofe Local Government and about 8 months after the demise of his father late Oba Bashir Oloruntoyin Saliu, the Elobo 1.
