FEMOST HOMES CEO, Gabriel Oluwafemi Adds Another Feather To His Cap, Bags Honorary Doctorate Degree.

Hon. Gabriel Oluwafemi, the FEMOST HOMES CEO and Kosofe Constituency 1 Lagos State House of Assembly Aspirant during the last primary elections has received an Honorary Doctorate Degree in Real Estate Development and Public Leadership.

The prestigious honorary award was conferred on him on Saturday, July 30, 2022 by the European American University for his outstanding leadership quality and contribution to real estate development.
Receiving the award, the Real Estate Mogul expressed his profound appreciation to the authorities of European American University for recognizing his immense leadership quality and contribution to real estate development.

While stating that he had always been an advocate of a peaceful and stable society for accelerated development, he dedicated the award to God, his wife, children and his team of workers for allowing him to provide leadership and become a better person.

"I accept this honour with deep gratitude and I can assure you that I do not take it for granted.

"I have always been an advocate of a politically stable society as it helps accelerate development and establish a peaceful atmosphere.

"I dedicate this honour to God almighty, my wife and my children and my great team for making me provide leadership and a better person": He said. 

This is the second awards the youthful founder of FEMOST HOMES & Property has received within a week.
Hon. Oluwafemi received an award as one of the 50 most influential global leaders in Dubai, United Arab Emirates at the Global Leaders Summit organized by Pan African youth leadership foundation held inside Radisson Red Hotel on July 23, 2022.

APC Adjusts Primary Elections Timetable Again, Shifts Special Congresses To May 16-17

  The All Progressives Congress (APC) has once again proposed an adjustment of its Timetable for participation in the 2023 General elections and has moved its Special Congresses for Delegates to May 16 and 17. Special Congresses were originally scheduled to hold from Thursday, May 12, until the Party, which is currently racing against time, took the decision to change the date and allow time for critical announcements and orientation of committee members before the Congresses. This will be the third time the ruling party will be presenting timetable for its crucial primary elections after its National Convention of March 26, 2022.   The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) recently warned political parties to ensure they meet its own deadline for primary election. * Warned To Stop Addressing Himself As Honourable Kosofe Local Government Area CDC chairman Mr. Segun Babatunde has reportedly been arrested by the men of Nigeria Police Force, Zone Il Onikan Lagos, for allegedly relocating a transformer belonging to a community in Oworoshoki in Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos State fraudulently.
