MOYO OGUNLEWE CONGRATULATES BROTHER, SEYE, WHO LlFTS NIGERIA IN 4×100m RELAY.

The Executive Chairman of kosofe Local Government, (Hon). Barr. Moyosore Adedoyin Ogunlewe has sent congratulatory message to his brother Adeseye Ogunlewe on his glittering performance at Commonwealth games currently going on in Birmingham, England.

Seye, an erstwhile school boy international sprinter was part of the quartet comprising of Raymond Ekevwo, Favour Ashe, Alaba Akintola and Seye Ogunlewe who represented Nigeria in Commonwealth games hosted by Birmingham, England.

Ogunlewe who anchored the last leg of 4×100m relay made Nigeria qualified for final alongside his colleagues in a record time of 38.85 seconds.


Eulogising his 31 years cerebral and fleet-footed brother, Council boss said Seye is a gift to Nigeria and a shinning icon in a larger Ogunlewe family.

APC Adjusts Primary Elections Timetable Again, Shifts Special Congresses To May 16-17

  The All Progressives Congress (APC) has once again proposed an adjustment of its Timetable for participation in the 2023 General elections and has moved its Special Congresses for Delegates to May 16 and 17. Special Congresses were originally scheduled to hold from Thursday, May 12, until the Party, which is currently racing against time, took the decision to change the date and allow time for critical announcements and orientation of committee members before the Congresses. This will be the third time the ruling party will be presenting timetable for its crucial primary elections after its National Convention of March 26, 2022.   The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) recently warned political parties to ensure they meet its own deadline for primary election. * Warned To Stop Addressing Himself As Honourable Kosofe Local Government Area CDC chairman Mr. Segun Babatunde has reportedly been arrested by the men of Nigeria Police Force, Zone Il Onikan Lagos, for allegedly relocating a transformer belonging to a community in Oworoshoki in Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos State fraudulently.
