REP AGUNSOYE TO COMMISSION ULTRA-MODERN PRIMARY HEALTH CENTRE, ICT CENTRE, BLOCKS OF CLASSROOMS AS HE CELEBRATES 61st BIRTHDAY ON FRIDAY

The member House of Representatives Hon. (Prince) Rotimi Agunsoye will on Friday commission another batch of his facilitated projects in Kosofe Federal Constituency.

Rep Agunsoye who will be celebrating his 61st birthday on the day of the project commissioning, will use the occasion of his birth anniversary to commission the completed 80-bed ultra-modern Primary Healthcare Centre at Emmanuel Nursery/Primary School, Ojota; a Police Post at Isheri North GRA and a state-of-the-art ICT centre at Isheri Grammar School, Isheri.

Others are 10 blocks of a block of 6 Classrooms at Orishigun Primary school, Ketu; a block of 6 Classrooms at Maidan Nursery/Primary School, Mile 12; a block of 6 Classrooms at Ogudu Nursery/Primary School, Ogudu; a block of 4 classrooms at Araromi Nursery/Primary School, Ifako Gbagada; a block of 6 Classrooms at Olowora Nursery/Primary School, Olowora; a block of 3 classrooms at Ikosi Nursery/Primary School, Ikosi; a block of 3 classrooms at Ajibola Nursery/Primary School, Ketu; a block of 3 classrooms at Anglican Nursery/ Primary, Odo-Ogun, Ajegunle; a block of 3 classrooms at Oworo Nursery/Primary School, Oworo and a block of 6 Classrooms with toilets at Ikosi Nursery/Primary School, Ikosi-Ketu.

The Chairman House Committee on Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) will also officially declare fourteen 4000L solar-powered borehole water systems as well as thirteen 500kv and 300kv electric transformers located in different areas in the Constituency open for public use.

The fourteen 4000L Solar- powered borehole water systems are sited at Atiku Junction, Soluyi; Adetayo Onipakala Street, Ketu; Jesus Street Ifako; Ifodo Street Oshogun, Alapere; Oladejo Street, Rufus Laniyan Estate; Olakunle Street by Police station, Ajegunle; Opposite Aina memorial School, Agiliti; Ogudu Nursery/Primary School; Police Barrack, Ogudu Orioke; Irepodun street Agiliti, Mile 12; Oladoja street Maidan Orilẹ, Ajegunle and Adebanwo street Oworonshoki.

Rep Agunsoye, it will be recalled, had already facilitated eleven solar-powered borehole water systems which were among the projects he commissioned in 2021. The fourteen solar-powered borehole water systems which will be commissioned on Friday make it a total of 25 solar-powered borehole water systems the Lawmaker fondly called the "Promise keeper" has so far facilitated.

While the ICT centre at Isheri Grammar School makes it a total of 5 fully equipped ICT Centres Rep Agunsoye had facilitated to Kosofe Federal Constituency to boost ICT knowledge and skills among its teeming youth.

APC Adjusts Primary Elections Timetable Again, Shifts Special Congresses To May 16-17

  The All Progressives Congress (APC) has once again proposed an adjustment of its Timetable for participation in the 2023 General elections and has moved its Special Congresses for Delegates to May 16 and 17. Special Congresses were originally scheduled to hold from Thursday, May 12, until the Party, which is currently racing against time, took the decision to change the date and allow time for critical announcements and orientation of committee members before the Congresses. * Warned To Stop Addressing Himself As Honourable Kosofe Local Government Area CDC chairman Mr. Segun Babatunde has reportedly been arrested by the men of Nigeria Police Force, Zone Il Onikan Lagos, for allegedly relocating a transformer belonging to a community in Oworoshoki in Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos State fraudulently.
