MANDATE GROUP KOSOFE CHAPTER HOLDS FIRST LGA MEETING OF 2024 WITH IMPRESSIVE TURNOUT

*Affirms Enilolobo As Authentic Mandate Chairman

*Declares Baba Eto's Mandate Movement fake
The Mandate Group Kosofe Local Government (LG) chapter, on Thursday, February 15, 2024 held its first LGA meeting of the year 2024. The event witnessed an impressive turnout of members with over 200 in attendance.

The LGA Vice Chairman of the group, Alh. Bakare Adams, who presided over the meeting, told the gathering that the Mandate Group remains one and indivisible Group, and that Alhaji Abdullahi Enilolobo is it de jure state chairman.
He, therefore, urged members to look askance at the imitation of the group being perpetrated by an APC chieftain Cardinand Odumbaku, otherwise known as Baba Eto, declaring his group as fake.

While affirming support for Alh. Enilolobo, Alh. Adams expressed his firm belief that the Mandate Group remains a cohesive and effective force for good in Kosofe LG and charged members to be dedicated and remain loyal to the Group's principal coordinator in the Local Government, Hon. Prince Rotimi Agunsoye (mni).
This statement was echoed by Mrs. Mercy Adedoyin, the Kosofe LGA Woman leader of the Mandate Group. She commended the leadership of Alhaji Enilolobo and emphasized the significant role he played in advancing the goals of the group. Mrs. Adedoyin also highlighted the support that President Tinubu has demonstrated towards Alhaji Enilolobo, affirming that it further validates his capabilities as the de jure state chairman.

She noted that the quest of the former Chairman of the group, Baba Eto, to return as Chairman of another mandate group was borne out of greed and self-aggrandizement.

The former leader of the House, Kosofe Local Government, Hon. Olumide County beseeched members to remain steadfast, loyal and committed to the ideals of Mandate Group and his Principal coordinator, Hon. Agunsoye.
While narrating how the group grew up with very few people during the lifetime of Late Senator Adebayo Osinowo, he assured that the time of plenitude would soon return.

The mandate Group ward C Chairman, Evangelist Saheed Ogede, in his address, congratulated members for their steadfastness and for choosing to walk on the path of truth with Hon. Prince Rotimi Agunsoye.

He said the ongoing construction work on the Primary Health Care Centre at Emmanuel Nursery and Primary School, Ojota has vindicated Hon. Agunsoye and vividly portrayed him as a man of honesty and integrity, while his blackmailers who falsely claimed he had embezzled the money meant for the completion of the hospital are merchants of lies.

The attendees at the meeting expressed their unwavering support for the Mandate Group and its leaders while calling for the prevailing economic hardship in the country to be ameliorated to make it easier for them to convince new members to join the group.

The impressive turnout at the LGA meeting showcased the strong support for the Mandate Group in Kosofe and highlighted the dedication of its members to the cause.
