Aigoro helps 25 Okada Riders Secure Release Of Motorcycles Impounded By The Police

The Director of Special Duties of Tokunbo Abiru Campaign Team and Kosofe Local Government Chairmanship Aspirant Hon. Musiliu Aigoro has reportedly helped 25 commercial motorcyclists popularly known as Okada riders in Kosofe Local Government Area to secure the release of their 25 motorcycles impounded by men of Nigeria Police Force Area H command Ogudu.

 

Hon. Aigoro was reported to have secured the release of the 25 impounded motorcycles on Independence Day and October 2nd after the heads of Okada riders Association in Kosofe Local Government Area had frenziedly rush to his residence very early in the morning to report the seizure of commercial motorcycles belonging to their members by men of Nigeria Police Force.

 

Kosofe Reporters gathered that 10 commercial motorcycles confiscated on Independence Day were released to the Okada Riders by Area H Police Command after the intervention of Hon. Aigoro. While Another set of 15 motorcycles seized the following day was also released on the same day.

 

It was also gathered Area H Police Command was however acting on the directive of Lagos State commissioner of Police CP Akeem Odumosu who had ordered the confiscation of commercial motorcycles throughout Lagos State.

APC Adjusts Primary Elections Timetable Again, Shifts Special Congresses To May 16-17

  The All Progressives Congress (APC) has once again proposed an adjustment of its Timetable for participation in the 2023 General elections and has moved its Special Congresses for Delegates to May 16 and 17. Special Congresses were originally scheduled to hold from Thursday, May 12, until the Party, which is currently racing against time, took the decision to change the date and allow time for critical announcements and orientation of committee members before the Congresses.
