PARTY MEMBERS, ASSOCIATES SUPPORT REP ROTIMI AGUNSOYE WITH N5.7M FOR NOMINATION FORM

Ahead of the forthcoming All Progressives Congress (APC) primary elections, the Supporters, Well-wishers and Associates of the Lawmaker representing Kosofe Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Prince Rotimi Agunsoye, have raised a total of N5.7 million towards his purchase of nomination and expression of interest forms.

The supporters, well-wishers and Associates who raised the N5.7 million comprise party members, market leaders Traders, Artisans, Non- Indigenes, Professional Colleagues and Political Associates across Kosofe Federal Constituency.

Kosofe Reporters reliably gathered that the supporters of the Chairman House committee on sustainable Development Goals (SDG) decided to take the initiative to show their unalloyed support for the Lawmaker's return bid to the green Chamber and to express their appreciation for his quality representation and impactful projects he had facilitated to the constituency.
Recall that the total package for the Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for the House of Representatives released by the ruling All Progressives Congress is N10 million.

But more than half of this amount has been raised and delivered to the Lawmaker by his teeming supporters and Associates in the three local government councils of Kosofe, Agboyi/Ketu and Ikosi/ Isheri to show the level of confidence and trust they have in him.
Hon. Agunsoye has however expressed gratitude to the donors for the confidence and trust they have in him, promising that he would never disappoint them.


He also told them he would never rest on his laurels and they should expect more dividends of democracy in the coming dispensation.

APC Adjusts Primary Elections Timetable Again, Shifts Special Congresses To May 16-17

  The All Progressives Congress (APC) has once again proposed an adjustment of its Timetable for participation in the 2023 General elections and has moved its Special Congresses for Delegates to May 16 and 17. Special Congresses were originally scheduled to hold from Thursday, May 12, until the Party, which is currently racing against time, took the decision to change the date and allow time for critical announcements and orientation of committee members before the Congresses. * Warned To Stop Addressing Himself As Honourable Kosofe Local Government Area CDC chairman Mr. Segun Babatunde has reportedly been arrested by the men of Nigeria Police Force, Zone Il Onikan Lagos, for allegedly relocating a transformer belonging to a community in Oworoshoki in Kosofe Local Government Area of Lagos State fraudulently.
