The former Councillor of Ward F Ojota in Kosofe Local Government Area, Hon. Bowale Benson has told the people of Kosofe Constituency 1 that the Social Democratic Candidate (SDP), Hon. Lanre Carew is the best option for the Lagos State House of Assembly seat ìn the Constituency.


Otunba Benson stated that the Farm City Owner possesses the requisite capacity, ability, wherewithal, experience and leadership temperament to provide quality representation for the people of the Constituency and assured that he would not disappoint if given the chance to represent the constituency in 2023. 


He said he is closer to Hon. Lanre Carew and that people need to get close to him to know the kind of person he is.

He said although the business mogul like all mortals is not a perfect human being, he is a kindhearted person that is very sensitive to the plights of the common man, very generous and always willing to render assistance.

He also described him as a team player that has a penchant for entrusting responsibilities to his co-players and also putting lots of confidence in them.
 
“I present to you the best man for the job of Lagos State House of Assembly Kosofe Constituency 1. He is Olanrewaju Carew. I know his prowess and I know what he can do because I am very close to him. We all need to be close to him to know the kind of person he is. Although like all mortals, he is not a perfect human being; perfection belongs to God. 

"However, I believe that if Hon. Lanre Carew is given the chance, he will do a lot for us; he will provide quality representation and surpass the achievements of present and previous representatives.
 
“Carew has the capacity, ability, experience, wherewithal and commitment to do wonderful things for Kosofe Constituency 1 and he would not let us down,” Benson said.


He, therefore, appealed to the residents of Kosofe constituency 1 to go and collect their PVC and vote massively for Hon. Hon. Lanre Carew at the forthcoming Lagos State House of Assembly election.

APC Adjusts Primary Elections Timetable Again, Shifts Special Congresses To May 16-17

  The All Progressives Congress (APC) has once again proposed an adjustment of its Timetable for participation in the 2023 General elections and has moved its Special Congresses for Delegates to May 16 and 17. Special Congresses were originally scheduled to hold from Thursday, May 12, until the Party, which is currently racing against time, took the decision to change the date and allow time for critical announcements and orientation of committee members before the Congresses. This will be the third time the ruling party will be presenting timetable for its crucial primary elections after its National Convention of March 26, 2022.   The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) recently warned political parties to ensure they meet its own deadline for primary election.
