REP ROTIMI AGUNSOYE REVS UP SUPPORT FOR ASIWAJU, SANWO-OLU, APC CANDIDATES WITH THE RESUMPTION OF TSG LGA MEETINGS ACROSS KOSOFE FED CONSTITUENCY



As the 2023 general elections draw near, the Lawmaker representing Kosofe Federal Constituency Hon. (Prince) Rotimi Agunsoye has revved up mobilization drive and support for APC presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and the Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu with the resumption of TSG LGA and Ward Meetings across Kosofe Federal Constituency after Christmas and New Year Break.

Last week, the Tinubu Support Group (TSG) had its first ward meetings in various wards across Kosofe federal Constituency with massive turnouts of party members.
And this week the LGA version has also taken off on a good note with astronomical turnouts of party members at the first LGA meeting of the year in the federal Constituency. 

In Kosofe Local Government, about 500 members thronged the venue of LGA meeting held on Wednesday at Emmanuel High Street Ojota.

Wednesday's meeting was graced by prominent political figures in the local government such as Elder Samuel Omowo, who presided over the meeting; Alhaji Ibrahim Seidu, the Former LGA Chairman; Hon. Jumoke Dairo, the former Deputy Executive Secretary Kosofe Local Government and Alhaji Ismail Olasupo, among others.

While in Agboyi-Ketu LCDA about 200 members were in attendance at the LGA meeting held on Tuesday with prominent politicians also in attendance.

Ikosi-Isheri LCDA is expected to hold its first LGA meeting of the year next week and no less than 350 members are expected to attend the meeting.

The Kosofe Federal Constituency chapter of Tinubu Support Group (TSG) is powered by the Chairman House Committee on Sustainable Development Goals, Hon. Prince Rotimi Agunsoye and the Support Group has remained the only active support group in the area.

APC Adjusts Primary Elections Timetable Again, Shifts Special Congresses To May 16-17

  The All Progressives Congress (APC) has once again proposed an adjustment of its Timetable for participation in the 2023 General elections and has moved its Special Congresses for Delegates to May 16 and 17. Special Congresses were originally scheduled to hold from Thursday, May 12, until the Party, which is currently racing against time, took the decision to change the date and allow time for critical announcements and orientation of committee members before the Congresses.
