Hon. Rotimi Agunsoye Conferred with Prestigious Award of MNI by NIPSS

The immediate past member, House of Representatives, Hon. (Prince) Rotimi Agunsoye has been conferred with the prestigious award of Member of the National Institute (mni) by the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru. 

The highly esteemed award was bestowed on him, alongside 96 other participants at the graduation ceremony of Senior Executive Course 45, which was held on Saturday at the Institute's New Auditorium.
The award followed a 10-month intensive study on Senior Executive Course 45 at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru.

The graduation ceremony was a momentous occasion, attended by the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu represented by the Minister of Transportation, Senator Seidu Ahmed Alkali and other top-level government officials, diplomats, scholars, and special guests.
The National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, an institution renowned for nurturing leadership and strategic thinking, carefully selected the participants, who underwent rigorous training and engaged in robust discussions on various national and global issues.

 The program aimed to equip them with the necessary skills and insights to implement effective policies and strategies for the sustainable development of Nigeria.

Following months of intensive study, which encompassed lectures, seminars, group discussions, and research projects, Hon. Rotimi Agunsoye emerged with flying colours. His exceptional performance and dedication to the programme were duly recognized by the Institute.
The conferment of the prestigious award of mni on Hon. Agunsoye and his fellow participants signifies their exemplary leadership qualities and their potential to shape Nigeria's future. 

Hon. Rotimi Agunsoye expressed his gratitude for receiving the award, stressing that it would serve as a stimulus to continue working diligently for the betterment of Nigeria.

 He reiterated his commitment to the principles of public service and pledged to use his newfound knowledge and skills to address the challenges facing the nation.
The conferment of the prestigious MNI award on Hon. Rotimi Agunsoye represents a significant milestone in his already illustrious career.

APC Adjusts Primary Elections Timetable Again, Shifts Special Congresses To May 16-17

  The All Progressives Congress (APC) has once again proposed an adjustment of its Timetable for participation in the 2023 General elections and has moved its Special Congresses for Delegates to May 16 and 17. Special Congresses were originally scheduled to hold from Thursday, May 12, until the Party, which is currently racing against time, took the decision to change the date and allow time for critical announcements and orientation of committee members before the Congresses. This will be the third time the ruling party will be presenting timetable for its crucial primary elections after its National Convention of March 26, 2022.   The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) recently warned political parties to ensure they meet its own deadline for primary election.
