Apostle of Joy, Pastor Emmanuel Obu, Launches Another Book: "Unveiling the Path to Success"

A renowned clergy, motivational speaker and prolific writer, Pastor Emmanuel Obu, has launched another inspirational book, "Unveiling the Path to Success." 

The latest masterpiece was launched on Saturday, June 22nd, 2024, at 2:00 PM (WAT) via Google meet in an event that drew participants from across the globe.

 The virtual event saw attendees predominantly from Nigeria, from as far as Australia, as well as the US, Canada, and the UK.
Mr. Kenneth Erikume, Tax Partner at PwC, led the launch, highlighting the meticulous organization and dedication of Pastor Obu, noting, "He just can't stop writing." 

Erikume's commendations set a positive tone for the event, reflecting the admiration many hold for the prolific author.

Present on the VIP list for the day were the Guest of Honour, Pastor Sunday Olusegun Ojo (APICP - RCCG, Lagos Province 59); Co Launchers, Pastor Lekan Popoola (PICZ, Lagos Province 10 HQtrs) and Pastor Sina Aiyegbusi (PYP, RCCG, Lagos Province 84).
The book, described by Pastor Obu as his way of contributing to the discourse on success, aims to provide a fresh perspective on the journey and true meaning of success. 

"Success is a journey and this book attempts to offer the right perspective on that journey," Obu emphasized.

The event was moderated by Pastor (Mrs.) Yvonne Awosanya-Adefajo ensuring that activities proceeded smoothly. While participants showered accolades on the Author, praising his talent, resilience, and persistence. 

The author's wife, Deaconness Esther Emmanuel-Obu, spoke passionately about the sacrifices and dedication involved in the journey. She commended her husband's passion and expressed deep gratitude for the support he has received.

Pastor Obu assured his audience that more projects are in the pipeline and expressed hope for continued support from friends, fans, and family.

The launch was a resounding success, marking another milestone in Pastor Obu's literary journey and leaving participants eagerly anticipating his future works.

APC Adjusts Primary Elections Timetable Again, Shifts Special Congresses To May 16-17

  The All Progressives Congress (APC) has once again proposed an adjustment of its Timetable for participation in the 2023 General elections and has moved its Special Congresses for Delegates to May 16 and 17. Special Congresses were originally scheduled to hold from Thursday, May 12, until the Party, which is currently racing against time, took the decision to change the date and allow time for critical announcements and orientation of committee members before the Congresses. This will be the third time the ruling party will be presenting timetable for its crucial primary elections after its National Convention of March 26, 2022.   The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) recently warned political parties to ensure they meet its own deadline for primary election.
