Lagos State Deputy Governor, Dr. Kadri Obafemi Hamzat, visited Senator Anthony Adefuye in Somolu to consult on his governorship ambition ahead of the 2027 elections.   Hamzat was accompanied by some of the leading lights in Lagos State politics, including Senator Musiliu Obanikoro, Alhaji Mutiu Are, Chief Bode Oyedele, and other stakeholders drawn from across the state.   The delegation was received by Senator Adefuye at his residence in the company of selected Somolu Federal Constituency leaders. The Executive Chairman of Kosofe Local Government, Barrister Moyosore Ogunlewe, on Friday inspected the ongoing reconstruction of Onabanjo Street, Oworonshoki, as the project nears completion with contractors laying the Interlocking blocks.   Ogunlewe, who was joined by the council’s Supervisor, councilors, engineers, and community leaders, expressed satisfaction with the quality and pace of work on the road, describing it as a “critical intervention” for residents and businesses in Oworonshoki.     The chairman used the visit to engage some residents and traders along the corridor, warning against practices that undermine public infrastructure.
