By Olusegun Apena Lagos — Mayor Dele Osinowo, former Chairman of Agboyi-Ketu Local Council Development Area, has formally declared his intention to contest for the House of Representatives, Kosofe Federal Constituency, setting up a three-way contest with incumbent Hon. Kafilat Ogbara and aspirant Remi Odunsi. In a declaration statement on Tuesday, Osinowo anchored his bid on his record at the grassroots, promising to take what he called a “best-in-class” local government performance to federal legislative representation. “TO GOD BE THE GLORY, MAYOR DECLARES FOR HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, KOSOFE FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY,” the statement began. “What we built at the grassroots will forever stand as a benchmark.
